Jose Polanco, originally from Osceola and now based in Clive, Iowa, is an administrative assistant at Andrew’s. He finds fulfillment in collaborating with the team and seeing the tangible impact of their work on both the company’s success and their clients’ needs. Outside of work, he has a passion for event decorating and floral design. He enjoys experimenting with unique floral combinations and creating personalized, festive atmospheres for all kinds of occasions. He loves to continually explore new themes, colors, and styles to make every celebration special and memorable.
